Open Air Design recognizes opportunities stemming from our strong professional relationships. We work closely with our preferred consultants to deliver projects that strengthen, shape and sustain communities and help them prosper. We are proud to introduce our collaborators in working to this end:

Delchi Fafach, DLK Engineering

I began engineering when I was about five with elaborate tree forts, deep tunneling excavations, and other mechanical inventions. My love for inventing and engineering flourished in my Boulder County boyhood, where my favorite projects always involved digging holes and the construction of various sorts of structures, and that eventually led to a career in structural engineering. I am delighted to be able to use a love for solving physical challenges to help other people every day.

Being a LEED accredited professional shows his attentiveness in designing systems that have the least impact on our current and future energy needs.  Jeff has successfully completed several projects with us and we appreciate the knowledge that he brings to our team.

Rebecca Kaufman, rebaL design

Growing up in Montana gave me a unique perspective on how simplicity in Architecture and Design can integrate seamlessly with nature, creating a sense of community and love for the environment. My fondest memories are creating Teepee’s as a child in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains, creating my own interiors and playing peacefully in nature. Much of my passion for design is in creating an experience; physical, emotional, or spiritual. Connecting people, nature, and their interiors is a challenge I enjoy to the fullest.

“Just living is not enough. One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.”

Hans Christian Anderson
